Contact Tabs

The simplest way to organize your inbox is by using Tabs.

  • Custom Groups: Create tabs for “New Leads,” “VIP Clients,” or “Follow-ups.”
  • Automatic Filtering: View only unread messages or chats from non-saved numbers with a single click.

Lead Profiles

Every contact can be transformed into a detailed lead profile.

  1. Open a chat with a contact.
  2. In the CQ sidebar, click the Lead tab.
  3. Add internal details:
    • Full Name & Company
    • Email Address
    • Lead Stage (e.g., Prospect, Qualified)
    • Custom Tags

Using Tags for Segmentation

Tags allow you to categorize contacts across different pipelines.

  • Example Tags: Priority, Interested-Product-A, Bulk-Order.
  • How to Tag: Select a contact and choose from your pre-defined tags in the sidebar.
