We offer native integrations with:

- Salesforce: Link your WhatsApp chats to your Salesforce leads and opportunities.

- Google Sheets: Export your lead lists and chat summaries for reporting.
Setting Up an Integration
- Open the CQ Sidebar.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab.
- Click Connect next to your chosen tool.
- Follow the authorization prompts to securely link your accounts.
- Configure your mapping (e.g., “Which HubSpot field should ‘CQ Note’ sync to?”).
Custom Integrations via Zapier
If you need to connect to a tool we don’t support natively, you can use our Zapier integration. This allows you to connect CQ to 5,000+ other apps, including Shopify, Slack, and Trello.
