Built In

Everything a Safe Bulk Send Needs

Campaigns aren't just a mail-merge — every safeguard that keeps your WhatsApp number in good standing is on by default.

Import

Build a list from anywhere

Pull an audience from a WhatsApp group, a label you've tagged contacts with, or a fresh .xlsx/.csv upload. Upload a spreadsheet and each column — phone, name, company — becomes a variable automatically.

Excel CSV Group Contacts Lists WhatsApp Chats
Templates

One message, personalized for each contact

Write a single message with placeholders like {{name}} and {{company}}. Every recipient gets a version filled in with their own details — no copy-pasting, no separate drafts.

Hi {{name}}, {{company}} still has 20% off this week.
Attachments

Attach a file, personal or shared

Send the same PDF, image, or voice note to a whole list, or a different file for each row — a per-client invoice or product photo — without losing the personalization in the message itself.

Delays

Paced like a person, not a bot

Messages go out with a randomized delay between sends, so your account's sending pattern looks human rather than automated.

Schedule

Sending hours and daily limits

Restrict sending to specific hours of the day and cap how many messages go out per day, so a campaign never runs outside the hours or volume you'd send it yourself.

Controls

Pause, resume, or stop anytime

A campaign already sending isn't locked in — pause it mid-run, pick up later, or stop it completely without losing your progress or your results.

Multi-device

Send from any device

Campaigns run right in your browser through the extension. Have WhatsApp Web open on more than one computer? Sending keeps going as long as at least one device with the extension running stays online.

How It Works

From Spreadsheet To Sent, In Three Steps

No separate tool to learn — it runs inside the WhatsApp Web tab you already have open.

01

Upload Excel

Drop in a .xlsx or .csv of contacts. Each column becomes a variable you can drop into your message.

02

Create Campaign

Write one message, set your delay, sending hours, and daily limit, then name and save the campaign.

03

Send & Track

Hit create and watch it send at a human pace, with sent, failed, and opted-out counts updating live.

Campaigns vs. The Alternatives

Manual sending and the official WhatsApp Business API sit at opposite ends — one costs time, the other costs money and paperwork. Here's where Campaigns lands.

Campaigns FAQs

WhatsApp doesn't ban numbers at a fixed message count — its detection is signal-based, watching how many recipients block or report you and how sudden a spike in activity looks. Campaigns is built around that: you set the delay between messages, the sending hours, and a daily cap, so sends land at a pace that doesn't look like a spike. We can't guarantee WhatsApp's behavior, and Campaigns isn't the official API, but the defaults are intentionally conservative.
Pick an existing WhatsApp group, a label you've applied to contacts inside The Chat Quotient, or upload a CSV of phone numbers and details. You can combine sources in one campaign.
Contacts who've asked to stop hearing from you are automatically excluded from future campaigns and tracked separately in your results, so you never accidentally message them again.
Yes. Drop variables like {{name}} or {{company}} into your message and each contact receives a version filled in with their own details from the audience list.
Yes. Pause it to resume later, or stop it outright — either way, messages already sent stay sent and you keep the delivery results for what went out.
Campaigns is included in every Chat Quotient plan. Messages it sends count toward your plan's monthly quota — see the pricing page for current limits.
WhatsApp's own broadcast lists cap out at 256 contacts, and only reach people who already have your number saved. Campaigns isn't a broadcast list — it sends individual messages, so a single campaign can reach 1,000+ contacts from a group, a label, or an uploaded list.
Yes — message only people who'd reasonably expect to hear from your business, such as existing customers or contacts who've opted in. Campaigns tracks opt-outs automatically and excludes them from future sends, but the consent itself is on you to collect.
The official API is built for businesses that can invest in verification, template approval, and per-message fees in exchange for zero platform risk. Campaigns runs from the WhatsApp Web tab you already use, sends freely-written messages instead of pre-approved templates, and is included in your plan — with a small residual risk since it isn't an official channel. See the full comparison below.
