Broadcast Campaigns

You can now create and send broadcast campaigns to reach multiple contacts at once, right from your dashboard. A guided wizard walks you through composing your message, building your audience, and reviewing everything before it goes out.

• Build your audience from contacts, groups, or custom labels, or import a list from a CSV file
• Message previews support italic formatting, so your broadcasts look exactly as intended
• A mandatory review step flags anti-spam risks and lets you configure sending settings before you hit send
• Every recipient number is checked against WhatsApp before sending, so messages don’t bounce
• Track queued, delivered, read, and failed counts for each campaign as it goes out
• Pause and resume a campaign at any time, and pick up right where you left off
• Save drafts and edit them before sending
• Manage your suppression list and opt-outs directly from the campaign list
