What We Access

When you use The Chat Quotient's AI reply or summary features, we temporarily access the following from your WhatsApp conversations:

Contact names
Phone numbers
Message content (only from the conversation you are currently viewing)

We Do Not Store Your Personal Data

We do not save, log, or retain your personal data on our servers. Your data is processed in real-time solely to generate your AI response and is not stored anywhere afterwards.

Data is Used for Ingestion Only

Your data is used solely for AI ingestion — it is sent to our AI provider in the moment to generate a response, and nothing more. We do not analyze, profile, or build datasets from your conversations.

Our AI Provider Agreements

We have formal agreements with our AI providers that explicitly prohibit them from:

Using your data to train or improve their AI models
Retaining your data on their servers after processing
Sharing your data with any third parties

Your data is used only to fulfill your immediate request and is discarded immediately after.

Data Deletion
