Understanding Your Plan
An overview of what each plan tier unlocks in The Chat Quotient.
The Chat Quotient offers three plans — Basic, Standard, and Pro — each designed for a different level of usage. This article explains what each plan covers so you can choose the one that fits your workflow.
Basic Plan
The Basic plan gives you access to the core features of The Chat Quotient at no cost. It’s designed for individuals who want to try out the product or use it lightly.
What’s included:
- AI Features: AI Reply Suggestions, Chat Summaries, and AI Lead Form Filling — each with a limited monthly quota.
- Lead Management: Create and manage a limited number of leads, with notes and tasks per lead.
- Pipeline: One sales pipeline with full pipeline and Kanban views.
- Contacts: Notes, reminders, and tasks per contact.
- Messaging: A limited number of saved Quick Reply templates and scheduled messages (no file attachments).
Not included on Free:
- Lead audit trail
- Lead mapping to multiple contacts and WhatsApp groups
- Multi-currency support
- Multiple pipelines
- Lead import and export
- Scheduled message attachments
Standard Plan
The Standard plan is for professionals and small teams who use The Chat Quotient regularly and need higher limits.
Everything in Free, plus:
- Higher AI quotas — significantly more AI reply generations, chat summaries, and AI lead form fills per month.
- More leads — a higher cap on the number of leads you can create.
- More Quick Reply templates — a larger library of saved message templates.
- More scheduled messages — a higher limit on pending scheduled messages, with file attachment support (up to a certain file size, one file per message).
- Lead Import — import leads from a CSV file (up to a row limit per import).
- Lead Export — export your leads to CSV.
Pro Plan
The Pro plan is for power users and teams who need the highest limits and advanced features.
Everything in Standard, plus:
- High AI quotas — the highest monthly allocation for AI replies, summaries, and form filling.
- Unlimited leads — no cap on the number of leads you can create.
- Unlimited Quick Reply templates.
- More scheduled messages — a significantly higher limit, with support for larger file attachments and multiple files per message.
- Lead audit trail — a full history of all changes made to a lead.
- Lead mapping to multiple contacts and WhatsApp groups — link a single lead to multiple contacts or groups.
- Multi-currency support — track deal values in any currency.
- Unlimited pipelines — create as many sales pipelines as your business needs.
- Bulk Lead Import — import an unlimited number of rows.
