Managing Your Subscription
How to view, change, or cancel your subscription using the billing portal.
Once you have an active plan, you can manage all aspects of your subscription — including switching billing cycles, updating payment details, downloading invoices, and cancelling — through the billing portal.
Opening the Billing Portal
- Open WhatsApp Web with the extension active.
- In the CQ sidebar, click Settings (gear icon).
- Select Billing.
- Click Manage Billing.
This opens a hosted billing portal in your browser where you can manage your subscription.
What You Can Do in the Billing Portal
Switch Between Monthly and Yearly Billing
You can switch from monthly to yearly billing (or vice versa) at any time. Yearly billing saves you more compared to paying month by month.
Update Your Payment Method
If your card has expired or you want to use a different one, you can update your payment details directly in the portal.
View and Download Invoices
All past invoices are available in the portal. You can download them as PDFs for your records or expense reporting.
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the portal. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Basic plan.
- Your data (leads, templates, pipelines, etc.) is fully preserved — nothing is deleted. Features that exceed the Basic plan’s limits will be locked until you remove items or resubscribe.
Checking Your Usage
To see your current usage for AI features and other plan limits, go to Settings → Billing inside the extension. You don’t need to open the billing portal for this — usage is shown directly in the extension.
