Answers to common questions about billing, plan changes, and refunds.

Can I try a paid plan before committing?

Yes. A free trial is offered during onboarding when you first set up your account. The trial gives you access to a paid plan’s features so you can explore before your first payment.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes, at any time. Open the billing portal via Settings → Billing → Manage Billing and switch your billing cycle. Yearly billing saves you more compared to monthly.

What happens when I upgrade mid-month?

Your new plan activates immediately. You are charged for the new plan from the day you upgrade, and your higher limits and features become available right away.

What happens if I downgrade to a lower plan?

Your data is fully preserved — no leads, templates, or scheduled messages are deleted. However, features and capacity that exceed the lower plan’s limits will be locked. For example, if you had 80 leads on Standard and downgrade to Free (which has a lower lead cap), your existing leads remain but you won’t be able to create new ones until you’re within the Basic plan’s limit.

What happens when I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Basic plan. All your data is retained.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern, contact us and we’ll review your situation.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

If you haven’t cancelled before the trial ends, your chosen plan activates and payment is collected. If you’d like to avoid being charged, cancel before the trial period ends via Settings → Billing → Manage Billing.

Can I have multiple accounts on one plan?

Each CQ account is tied to a single user. The plan limits apply per account.

Where can I download my invoices?

Invoices are available in the billing portal. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing and you’ll find a full history of past payments available to download as PDFs.
